These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through the Merlin Beauty webshop, operated by Doland Euronova B.V., Zevenblad 15, 1705 RS Heerhugowaard, Netherlands (KvK: 92146333, VAT: NL865904637B01).
1. General
By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The version published at the time of your order applies.
2. Products & Prices
All prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we are not obliged to fulfil the order at the incorrect price.
3. Orders & Payment
An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation by email. We accept payment via the methods available at checkout. Payment must be completed before your order is dispatched.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship across the European Union from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Please refer to our Shipping page for full details.
5. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at office@merlin-beauty.eu. Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the product is defective.
6. Complaints & Disputes
If you have a complaint about your order, please contact us first at office@merlin-beauty.eu. We will do our best to resolve the issue within 14 days. If we cannot reach an agreement, disputes are subject to Dutch law and the competent court in the Netherlands.
7. Liability
Doland Euronova B.V. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
